Hi, I'm Donna Sideris, an experienced instructional designer who has spent fifteen years designing and facilitating instructor led, virtual instructor led and e-Learning courses for diverse learners by analyzing strengths, weaknesses and learning gaps to help them meet their goals.

My varied background as an entrepreneur, investment banker, administrator, performing artist, and mindfulness advocate inform my creative instructional design and development process.

My design process utilizes the ADDIE model incorporating stakeholder and SME collaboration developing innovative training solutions and feedback to deliver a customized instructional design module that meets organizational goals.

As a lifelong learner, I continue to educate myself on instructional design best practices and help others learn and grow in the field of instructional design.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling, and snuggling up with a good book.
